Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to the technical field of material processing, and provides an accurate heat treatment method for a low-carbon low-alloy high-strength thin steel plate. According to the accurate heat treatment method, the structure of a steel plate is sequentially converted into a ferrite and pearlite structure, an austenite structure, a martensite structure and a tempered martensite structure by means of annealing treatment, austenitizing treatment, clamping quenching treatment and tempering treatment in sequence, wherein the clamping force of the steel plate is variable in the clamping quenching treatment. The method achieves precise synergistic performance control and shape control; the obtained steel plate has small deformation, no obvious surface indentation and good mechanical properties; moreover, the production cost is reduced, and the process steps are simplified.
