La présente invention concerne des méthodes d'administration d'une composition comprenant les protéines de fusion OspA de NO ID SÉQ : 1 (LipSI D1 -S2D1), NO ID SÉQ : 2 (Lip-S4D1 -S3hybD1) et NO ID SÉQ : 3 (Lip-S5D 1 -S6D1) pour déclencher une réponse immunitaire protectrice contre une maladie de Lyme chez un sujet, telle que la vaccination d'un sujet contre une maladie de Lyme, et pour le traiter, prévenir et/ou réduire le risque de maladie de Lyme.
