Zusammenfassung:	A system for producing an oil-in-water emulsion; the system comprising: a first input for coupling to a source of fuel on a vehicle; a second input for coupling to a source of water; a third input for coupling to a source of first additive; a mixing section for mixing the water and the first additive to form an aqueous phase; and a blender for blending the aqueous phase with the fuel to form the oil-in-water emulsion; wherein the first input is coupled to the blender; the second input and the third input are coupled to the mixing section; and the mixing section is coupled to the blender. L'invention concerne un système de production d'une émulsion huile dans l'eau ; le système comprenant : une première entrée destinée à être couplée à une source de carburant sur un véhicule ; une deuxième entrée pour le couplage à une source d'eau ; une troisième entrée pour le couplage à une source de premier additif ; une section de mélange pour mélanger l'eau et le premier additif pour former une phase aqueuse ; et un mélangeur pour mélanger la phase aqueuse avec le combustible pour former l'émulsion huile dans l'eau ; la première entrée étant couplée au mélangeur ; les deuxième et troisième entrées étant couplées à la section de mélange ; et la section de mélange étant couplée au mélangeur.
