A hepatic fibrosis chip, at least comprising an upper-layer substrate and a lower-layer substrate which are tightly attached. A cell culture area is arranged on the lower-layer substrate, and is divided into at least three culture areas. The at least three culture areas are communicated with each other and are used for culturing different types of hepatocytes, respectively. The hepatocytes comprise Kupffer cells, liver sinusoidal endothelial cells, hepatic stellate cells, and parenchymal hepatic cells.
