Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the field of coal mine underground hydraulic equipment, and relates to a mining hose connecting device and method. The mining hose connecting device comprises: a joint unit, the joint unit comprising a first joint and a second joint; a first fastening unit, the first fastening unit being symmetrically arranged about a first plane, and the inner diameter of the first fastening unit being separately in clearance fit with the outer diameters of the first joint and the second joint; and a second fastening unit, comprising a first fastening member and a second fastening member, the inner diameters of the first fastening member and the second fastening member being separately in clearance fit with the outer diameter of the first fastening unit. A first hose and a second hose are connected by means of the first joint and a second structure, respectively, end surface sealing of the joint unit is achieved by means of the first fastening unit, and the first fastening unit is subjected t
