Zusammenfassung:	The invention describes a water-soluble wet wipe comprising (i) a substrate comprising, as the only polymer, a thermally bonded non-woven polyvinyl alcohol fibre of 94% (w/w) or more and (ii) a liquid infusion comprising glycerine and at least 5% or at least 10% water, and one or more alcohol(s) or metal salt(s), or both one or more alcohol(s) and metal salt(s), and optionally one or more additives including chelating agent(s), stabiliser(s), emulsifier(s), preservative(s), exfoliating agent(s), hydrating agent(s), anti-oxidants, emollient(s), thickener(s), lubricant(s), acetone or ethyl acetate, essential oil(s), fragrance(s), hydrogen peroxide, protein(s) or peptide(s) including collagen and elastin, and surfactant(s). The invention further describes a method of manufacturing the water-soluble wet wipe, a liquid infusion for infusing the thermally bonded non-woven polyvinyl alcohol fibre substrate to form the water-soluble wet wipe and methods for use of the water-soluble wet wipe.
