Described is a catalyst for hydrocracking hydrocarbon feedstock, which includes nickel, tungsten, aluminium and oxygen and contains: 25.2-30.3 wt% WO3, 5.8-6.9 wt% NiO, 0.7-1.7 wt% Y-zeolite with a silicon-enriched surface, 2.2-3.5 wt% Y-zeolite with an aluminium-enriched surface, 35.2-38.7 wt% amorphous aluminosilicate, and the balance γ-Al2O3; wherein a support simultaneously contains two Y-zeolites with different acid site densities and distributions of aluminium between the surface and the volume of the crystals; as a first zeolite, the carrier contains a Y-zeolite with a higher acid site density and a ratio of the surface-to-volume concentration of silicon to aluminium that is Si/Al=1.2-2.1; as a second zeolite, the carrier contains a Y-zeolite with a lower acid site density and a ratio of the surface-to-volume concentration of silicon to aluminium that is Si/Al=0.7-0.9. The technical result is a nickel-tungsten hydrocracking catalyst that has high activity. This is achieved by solving the problem of providing a catalyst with optimal acid characteristics for hydrocracking hydrocarbon feedstock and obtaining a high yield of kerosene and diesel oil cuts.
L'invention concerne des catalyseurs d'hydrocraquage de matière première hydrocarbure, visant à produire des fractions kérosène et gasoil dans des conditions de faible teneur en ammoniac dans un gaz contenant de l'hydrogène, comme des conditions de stade secondaire d'hydrocraquage. L'invention concerne un catalyseur d'hydrocraquage de matière première hydrocarbure, dont la composition comprend du nickel, du tungstène, de l'aluminium et de l'oxygène, et contenant en % en poids: WO3 - 25,2-30,3; NiO - 5,8-6,9; zéolite Y avec une surface enrichie en silicium 0,7-1,7; zéolite Y avec une surface enrichie en aluminium 2,2-3,5; aluminosilicate amorphe 35,2-38,7; le reste se composant de γ-Al2O3; le support comprend simultanément deux zéolites Y possédant une différente concentration de centres acides et une distribution de l'aluminium entre la surface des cristaux et leur volume; le support comprend en qualité de première zéolite une zéolite Y ayant une forte concentration en centres acides et un rapport de concentration surface-volume entre le silicium et l'alumin |
