Zusammenfassung:A robot operation monitoring method, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving, through communication with robots located in a building where the robots provide services, robot information from each of the robots; and providing, to a display unit, a monitoring screen for monitoring operating statuses of the robots located in the building, wherein the monitoring screen includes a building graphic object representing the building, and a state graphic object located around the building graphic object and representing state information of robots located on a plurality of floors included in the building, and the state information of the robots and the visual appearance of the state graphic object may be determined on the basis of the robot information received from each of the robots.
