Zusammenfassung:The present invention is related to a process for the preparation of relugolix, a compound of formula I, also known as N- [4-[1-[(2,6-difluoro phenyl) methyl]-5-[(dimethyl amino]- methyl]-3-(6-methoxy-3-pyridazinyl]-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-thieno[2,3-d] pyrimidin-6-yl] phenyl]-N'-methoxyurea, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The present invention is also related to a process for the preparation of crystalline relugolix. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de rélugolix, un composé de formule I, également connu sous le nom de N-[4-[1-[(2,6-difluorophényl)méthyl]-5-[(diméthyl amino]-méthyl]-3-(6-méthoxy-3-pyridazinyl]-2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tétrahydro-thiéno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-6-yl] phényl]-N'-méthoxyurée, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de rélugolix cristallin.
