Zusammenfassung:A high standard anti-seepage system permeability coefficient measurement apparatus and method for a fabricated HDPE membrane. Said apparatus comprises: a first shell structure, the first shell structure being enclosingly formed by at least two first HDPE membranes (1); ends of adjacent first HDPE membranes (1) are connected by means of HDPE membrane locking connectors (2); the first shell structure is internally hollow and the two ends are open; and a second HDPE membrane (3), the second HDPE membrane (3) sealing an opening at one end of the first shell structure. The at least two first HDPE membranes (1) are perform enclosure and are connected together by means of the HDPE membrane locking connectors (2) to form the first shell structure, and the second HDPE membrane (3) is used for sealing an opening at one end of the first shell structure, causing the measurement apparatus as a whole to form a test "container" having an opening; the permeability coefficient is calculated by adding the seepage liquid therei
