The invention further relates to methods for production of the polynucleotide and pharmaceutical products, e.g. for medical use. L'invention concerne un polynucléotide codant pour un SARS-CoV-2 atténué ou un fragment de celui-ci, le polynucléotide comprenant au moins 20 codons d'arrêt (codons-stop). Le polynucléotide peut comprendre d'autres modifications et peut être compris dans un SARS-CoV-2 atténué. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés de production du polynucléotide et des produits pharmaceutiques, par exemple à usage médical.
