The present application discloses a secondary battery internal resistance detection method and apparatus and an electronic device. The secondary battery internal resistance detection method comprises: charging a secondary battery with a charge current, and in response to a real-time state of charge (SOC) of the secondary battery reaching a target SOC value, stopping charging and keeping a first duration t; and obtaining secondary battery-related data during a charge period and a charge disconnection period of the secondary battery, and determining the internal resistance of the secondary battery on the basis of the secondary battery-related data, wherein the target SOC value comprises a plurality of values. According to embodiments of the present application, the direct-current internal resistance of the secondary battery can be tested online, so that the accuracy of battery analysis is improved.
