Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed in the present invention is a sliding construction method, and further disclosed is a truss construction method having the sliding construction method. The sliding construction method comprises the following steps: assembling a sliding unit; erecting a hanger; arranging one end of the sliding unit on a first sliding rail, and connecting the other end of the sliding unit to a second sliding rail by means of the hanger, the sliding unit and the hanger being capable of sliding on the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail; and sliding the sliding unit until sliding is in place. The sliding construction method of the present invention can solve the problem that the span of a sliding unit is mismatched with the distance between sliding rails.
