The present disclosure relates to a three-dimensional data display method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining three-dimensional scanning data of a human body part, the three-dimensional scanning data comprising slice data of the human body part in three dimensions and slice position information of the slice data of the three dimensions corresponding to the human body part; determining the slice data at a target slice position according to the target slice positions specified in the three dimensions respectively and the slice position information; and displaying a three-dimensional slice model of the human body part according to the slice data at the target slice position, the three-dimensional slice model comprising a slice map of the human body part at the target slice position obtained by rendering according to the slice data.
