Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the field of freeze-drying compositions, in particular nucleic acid containing compositions. More specifically, the present invention relates to freeze-dry nucleic acid containing compositions using a method of continuous spin freezing and continuous spin drying (sublimation and desorption) the composition. The invention further relates to a nucleic acid containing composition by making use of the method according to the invention. La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la lyophilisation de compositions, en particulier de compositions contenant des acides nucléiques. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention se rapporte à des compositions contenant des acides nucléiques lyophilisées à l'aide d'un procédé de congélation par centrifugation continue et de séchage par centrifugation continue (sublimation et désorption) de la composition. L'invention se rapporte en outre à une composition contenant des acides nucléiques mettant en œuvre le procédé selon l'invention.
