CHARGING METHOD AND RELATED APPARATUS

Disclosed in the present application are a charging method and a related apparatus. An electronic device can measure the battery temperature of the electronic device when determining that a charging interface is connected to a charging power supply. When the battery temperature is lower than a first temperature value, the electronic device controls the charging power supply to stop charging a battery, and controls the charging power supply to supply power to a wireless coil to make the wireless coil generate heat and transmit the heat energy to the battery. Therefore, the electronic device can raise the temperature of the battery by means of heat generation of the wireless coil, so as to avoid the situation in which the electronic device cannot be charged under a low-temperature condition.
