A core body comprises a cold fluid channel and a hot fluid channel, and the channels are separated by partition plates; inlets and outlets of different channels are separated by sealing strips; the GD type hybrid minimum curved surface disturbance structure is inserted into the hot fluid channel; cold and hot fluids are distributed in a crossflow manner.
