A core body comprises a cold fluid channel and a hot fluid channel, and the channels are separated by partition plates; inlets and outlets of different channels are separated by sealing strips; the GD type hybrid minimum curved surface disturbance structure is inserted into the hot fluid channel; cold and hot fluids are distributed in a crossflow manner. The heat exchanger has the advantages of being compact in structure, light in weight, large in heat exchange area, high in heat exchange efficiency and the like; particularly, compared with the traditional G type minimal curved surface disturbance structure, application of the independently designed GD type hybrid minimal curved surface disturbance structure greatly increases the heat exchange area in a flow channel, increases the number of vortexes, realizes reasonable arrangement of th
