Zusammenfassung:A scroll compressor according to the present invention comprises: a sealed container having an oil storage part that stores a refrigerant oil at the bottom; a compression mechanism part that is provided inside the sealed container, and that has a compression chamber for causing plate-shaped scroll teeth of a fixed scroll and plate-shaped scroll teeth of a rocking scroll to engage with each other so as to compress a refrigerant; an electric motor that is provided inside the sealed container, and that rotationally drives the rocking scroll; a main shaft that has an oil supply path formed therein, and that transmits the driving force of the electric motor to the rocking scroll; a frame that rotatably supports the main shaft; and an oil supply pump that is provided to the main shaft, and that supplies, to the oil supply path and on the basis of the rotational drive of the main shaft, the refrigerator oil stored in the oil storage part. The frame has: a relief valve disposition part that has a hollow cylindrical space formed therein; an insertion part that is formed further on an outer circumferential surface side than the relief valve disposition part, and that communicates with the relief valve disposition part; and a discharge path that communicates with the relief valve disposition part from the inner circumferential surface, and that discharges, to the relief valve disposition part, a portion of the refrigerator oil supplied to the oil supply path. A relief valve mechanism having a valve body that opens and closes the discharge path, a spring that pressurizes the valve body, and a main body that holds the spring is accommodated inside the relief valve disposition part. One end of a piping mechanism having a piping member for returning, to the oil storage part, the refrigerator oil discharged to the relief valve disposition part is inserted into the insertion part.
