Provided are: a phosphorus-containing compound which is useful as a reactive phosphorus-based flame retardant, exhibits excellent solvent solubility, and yields a cured product having excellent heat resistance and dielectric properties; a curable resin composition containing same; and a cured product thereof. The present invention is a phosphorus-containing (meth)acryloyl compound characterized by being represented by general formula (1). In general formula (1), R1 and R2 are each a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group or a group represented by -OR or -R, and R is a hydrocarbon group having 2-40 carbon atoms. R1 and R2 may be the same as, or different from each other, and R1 and R2 may form a cyclic structure together with the phosphorus atom. R3 is a C1-C20 hydrocarbon group. X in the formula is a substituent group represented by general formula (2). In general formula (2), R4 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.
