Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to novel ionized lipids and lipid nanoparticle comprising the ionized lipids. A therapeutic agent using the lipid nanoparticles comprising novel-type ionized lipids according to the present invention can minimize in vivo side effects due to components of the nanoparticles, effectively transfer the nanoparticles to target cells, and escapes edosomes in target cells, thereby efficiently transferring a pharmaceutically effective substance, such as a nucleic acid, to the cytoplasm.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux lipides ionisés et des nanoparticules lipidiques comprenant les lipides ionisés. Un agent thérapeutique utilisant les nanoparticules lipidiques comprenant des lipides ionisés d'un nouveau type selon la présente invention peut réduire au minimum les effets secondaires in vivo dus aux composants des nanoparticules, transférer de manière efficace les nanoparticules à des cellules cibles, et s'échapper aux endosomes dans des cellules cibles, ce qui permet de transférer efficacement une substance pharmaceutiquement efficace, telle qu'un acide nucléique, au cytoplasme.
