This terminal device acquires a user's questioning-voice asking about a terrestrial object, and acquires an image relating to that terrestrial object on the basis of the questioning-voice. The terminal device then generates, and transmits to a server device, question data including position information of a mobile object, at the time of acquiring the questioning-voice, and the acquired image. In this manner, the terminal device transmits the user's question about the terrestrial object to the server device and requests a response to the question therefrom.
