Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a gas-liquid switching valve (1) and an endoscope, which can prevent liquid from flowing out of the gas-liquid switching valve (1) and facilitates improvement of the safety performance thereof. The gas-liquid switching valve (1) comprises a valve body (10), a valve core assembly (20), and a liquid-proof gas-permeable member (30). The valve core assembly (20) is movably provided in the valve cavity (100), and the valve core assembly (20) is provided with a communication channel (200) for being communicated with the external environment. When the valve core assembly (20) is moved to a first position, a liquid path between a liquid inlet (102) and a gas-liquid outlet (103) is blocked, and a gas path between a gas inlet (101) and the gas-liquid outlet (103) is unblocked, and in this case, the communication channel (200) is blocked so that the gas-liquid switching valve (1) is in a gas supply state.
