The present application discloses an air output structure and a cleaning device. The air output structure comprises: a body, which is provided with an air inlet, at least one air outlet, and an air duct for communicating the air inlet with the air outlet; and a silencing assembly, which is connected to the body and is located in a flow path of an airflow in the air duct, and which is used for absorbing noise in the airflow. The cleaning device comprises a negative-pressure generator and an air output structure connected to the negative-pressure generator. In the present application, by means of the configurations, a silencing effect of the silencing assembly is applied to reduce noise generated when an airflow passes through the air output structure, and to eliminate harsh sounds in the noise generated by the airflow.
