Zusammenfassung:	A percutaneous circulatory support device includes a housing and an impeller disposed within the housing and being rotatable relative to the housing to cause blood to flow through the housing. A cannula is coupled to the housing, and a distal tip portion is coupled to the cannula opposite the housing. A control wire is movable to modify at least one of a radius, a stiffness, and a shape of the distal tip portion. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de support circulatoire percutané qui comprend un boîtier et une roue disposée à l'intérieur du boîtier et pouvant tourner par rapport au boîtier pour amener le sang à s'écouler à travers le boîtier. Une canule est accouplée au boîtier et une partie pointe distale est accouplée à la canule en regard du boîtier.
