This method for joining a first element to a second element comprises a step (18) of anodising the first element, a step (20) of anodising the second element, and a step (28) of producing a weld seam by friction stir welding the first element to the second element. La présente demande décrit un procédé d'assemblage de deux éléments anodisés par soudage par friction malaxage. Ce procédé d'assemblage d'un premier élément avec un second élément comprend une étape (18) d'anodisation du premier élément, une étape (20) d'anodisation du second élément et une étape (28) de réalisation d'un cordon de soudure par soudage par friction malaxage du premier élément avec le second élément.
