Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method (technique) for mapping sequencing data in genetic screening, which enables sequence mapping to be implemented in a novel method involving: predicting a data format by means of unsupervised learning based on data characteristics of the sequencing data in genetic screening; and, on the basis of the data format, dynamically identifying/extracting a library sequence for the sequence mapping.
La présente invention concerne un procédé (technique) de mappage de données de séquençage dans le cadre d'un dépistage génétique, qui permet la mise en œuvre d'un mappage de séquences dans un nouveau procédé consistant à : prédire un format de données au moyen d'un apprentissage non supervisé sur la base de caractéristiques de données des données de séquençage dans le cadre d'un dépistage génétique ; et, sur la base du format de données, identifier/extraire de manière dynamique une séquence de bibliothèque pour le mappage de séquences.
