The system comprises a data collection module, a smart control module and an execution device module, wherein the data collection module contains a plurality of sensors, and can collect a plurality of pieces of in-greenhouse environment data that affects the growth of plants and transmit same to the smart control module; and the smart control module performs analysis, comparison and processing by means of preset parameters, and outputs a control signal to the execution device module for environment regulation and control in order to adjust an in-greenhouse environment to a state that is most suitable for the growth of plants.
