Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for in-line formulation of dry powder A and dry powder B for blood purification, comprising a housing (1). Two joint sliding blocks (2) are movably connected in the housing (1); each joint sliding block (2) is provided with machine interfaces (21); and two opposite surfaces of the two joint sliding blocks (2) are respectively provided with formulation interfaces (22). The apparatus further comprises a connector (3) detachably connected to the housing (1), wherein the sides of the connector (3) facing the two joint sliding blocks (2) are respectively provided with consumable interfaces (31) matching the positions of the formulation interfaces (22) on the corresponding sides. The apparatus further comprises a dry powder A container (4) and a dry powder B container (5), wherein the dry powder A container (4) and the dry powder B container (5) are respectively communicated with the connector (3) by means of pipelines.
