Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to the technical field of seed breeding. Disclosed are an early identification and sorting method and system for male sterile seedlings in hybrid seed production, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following specific steps: acquiring a data set, wherein the data set involves spectral curve data that is obtained by performing hyperspectral analysis on an image of a seedling plant; preprocessing the data set to obtain a first data set; classifying the first data set into a training set, a test set and a verification set; and analyzing and modeling algorithms by using the training set, so as to obtain trained models, testing the trained models by using the test set, comparing test results of the models, and selecting a model, which has an optimal test result, for sorting sterile seedlings.
