Zusammenfassung: | The present disclosure provides a novel oxazole derivative compound having anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis activity or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The present disclosure also provides an antibacterial composition comprising the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The novel oxazole compound according to the present disclosure has remarkably excellent antibacterial activity, particularly anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis activity, and thus can be effectively used in the prevention or treatment of diseases caused by bacterial infection.
La présente invention concerne un nouveau composé dérivé d'oxazole ayant une activité anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. La présente invention concerne également une composition antibactérienne comprenant le composé ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci. Le nouveau composé oxazole selon la présente invention présente une activité antibactérienne remarquablement excellente, en particulier une activité anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis, et peut ainsi être efficacement utilisé dans la prévention ou le traitement de maladies causées par une infection bactérienne.
