The system makes use of lighting elements, a camera, and a simple user interface with selectable preset images. To frame the composition, the camera position is automatically adjusted according to the selected preset image and the live camera feed. The lighting arrangement as well as other system elements may be configured to maximize the compositional variety in a minimal footprint, while providing consistent results across a range of subject heights. L'invention concerne un système automatisé de capture de photos/vidéos et des procédés intégrés de celui-ci. Le système utilise des éléments d'éclairage, un appareil de prise de vues et une interface utilisateur simple avec des images prédéfinies sélectionnables. Pour cadrer la composition, la position de l'appareil de prise de vues est automatiquement ajustée en fonction de l'image prédéfinie sélectionnée et du flux en direct de l'appareil de prise de vues. L'arrangement d'éclairage ainsi que d'autres éléments de système peuvent être configurés pour maximiser la variété de composition dans un encombrement minimal, tout en fournissant des résultats cohérents sur une plage de hauteurs de sujet.
