The present invention relates to: a recyclable epoxy compound; a method for preparing same; an epoxy composite material comprising same; and a decomposition method thereof, wherein the epoxy compound does not use bisphenol A-type epoxy which is a toxic material but comprises an α,β-unsaturated ketone group and/or a hydroxy ketone group obtained by combining, from among non-toxic natural raw materials, a hydroxyl-group-containing aldehyde group and a ketone group through an aldol reaction.
