Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition comprising at least one product from a corn fermentation process stream, and at least one first additive comprising at least one anionic surfactant of formula (I), and/or at least one polyethoxylated sorbitan ester of general formula (II). The present invention also relates to a method of increasing the amount of corn oil recovered from at least one product from a corn fermentation process stream. The present invention further relates to the use of at least one first additive for increasing recovery of corn oil from at least one product obtained from a corn fermentation process stream. La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant au moins un produit issu d'un flux de procédé de fermentation de maïs, et au moins un premier additif comprenant au moins un tensioactif anionique de formule (I), et/ou au moins un ester de sorbitane polyéthoxylé de formule générale (II). La présente invention concerne également un procédé d'augmentation de la quantité d'huile de maïs récupérée d'au moins un produit issu d'un flux de procédé de fermentation de maïs. La présente invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'au moins un premier additif pour augmenter la récupération d'huile de maïs à partir d'au moins un produit obtenu à partir d'un flux de procédé de fermentation de maïs.
