L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques de poudre sèche administrées au moyen de dispositifs d'inhalation pour le traitement du SARS-CoV-2, le coronavirus qui provoque la COVID-19, comprenant du niclosamide en tant qu'agent actif et au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable. En outre, la présente invention concerne également un procédé simple, rapide, économique, permettant de gagner du temps et pratique sur le plan industriel.
