The microneedle comprising hormone-containing surface-modified microspheres according to the present invention is useful for use as a transdermal delivery system for hormone delivery that requires continuous administration because sustained-release effects are excellent due to enhanced persistence in the body. La présente invention concerne : une micro-aiguille comprenant des microsphères modifiées en surface contenant des hormones avec des effets de libération prolongée améliorés en raison d'une persistance améliorée dans l'organisme ; et son procédé de fabrication.
