L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé d'apprentissage par renforcement permettant d'optimiser une position d'un dispositif semi-conducteur sur la base de données de conception de semi-conducteur. La présente invention peut : configurer un environnement d'apprentissage sur la base de données de conception de semi-conducteur par un utilisateur ; et fournir une position optimale d'un dispositif semi-conducteur pendant une étape de conception de semi-conducteur par l'intermédiaire d'un apprentissage par renforcement à l'aide d'une simulation.
