L'invention concerne un procédé de marquage d'analytes à l'aide de codes-barres spatiaux, d'un éclairage et/ou de réticulants photolabiles. Les procédés peuvent générer un ensemble de codes-barres spatiaux uniques à l'aide d'ensembles limités de séquences nucléotidiques différentielles.
