Zusammenfassung: | A composite reagent for preparing ultra-high-resolution chromosomes and the use method thereof. The composite reagent is composed of the following components: 0.1 μmol/L-0.1 mmol/L RO-3306, 2 nmol/L-2 μmol/L TSA, and DMSO as a solvent, and named an HD850 reagent. The composite reagent is used for preparing ultra-high-resolution chromosomes of peripheral blood cells, stem cells and other culture cells, which enable the proportion of ultra-high-resolution chromosomes to be significantly high, wherein 550 bands per haploid set can be obtained for 30% or more of metaphase cells, 700 bands per haploid set can be obtained for 10% or more of metaphase cells, and 850 or more bands per haploid set can be obtained for 20% or more of metaphase cells.
