Zusammenfassung:A small hydropower frequency prediction method taking a frequency change trend into consideration. A frequency change in an interval time limit m is predicted by means of a detection time limit T; and a detection frequency calculated by means of a start frequency and an end frequency is the average frequency per second, such that the amount of calculation is reduced, and an algorithm is simple. Moreover, since a water turbine has an inertia effect, a frequency does not change dramatically within a short period of time. The frequency of an interval time limit m is predicted by means of a detection time limit T, such that a prediction result is accurate. By means of predicting a change trend of a small hydropower frequency in advance, same is adjusted in advance, such that a future dramatic change in the frequency is eliminated or reduced, thereby ensuring the efficiency of power utilization and improving the stability of same.
