Zusammenfassung:	Provided in the present application are an intelligent hydraulic system and a hydraulic jacking device. An oil path of the intelligent hydraulic system is provided with a first pressure measurement point for measuring an oil pressure of an oil output end of a hydraulic pump, a second pressure measurement point for measuring an oil pressure of an oil intake end of a balance valve, and a third pressure measurement point for measuring an oil pressure of an oil output end of a rod cavity of a jacking oil cylinder. The system further comprises a controller, which is configured to: respectively collect a first oil pressure value Ps of the first pressure measurement point, a second oil pressure value P2 of the second pressure measurement point, and a third oil pressure value P1 of the third pressure measurement point; calculate a first loop section pressure difference Ps1 between the first pressure measurement point and the third pressure measurement point, and a second loop section pressure difference Ps2 between t
