The coating compositions may include a siloxane resin, an organic oil, and a fluoride component such as particles of calcium fluoride (CaF2), magnesium fluoride (MgF2), strontium fluoride (SrF2), and/or barium fluoride (BaF2). L'invention concerne des compositions de revêtement à base de siloxane pouvant être appliquées sur la surface d'un substrat, tel qu'un article de cuisson, pour former un revêtement anti-adhésif durable présentant des propriétés de facilité de nettoyage étendues. Les compositions de revêtement peuvent comprendre une résine de siloxane, une huile organique et un composant fluorure tel que des particules de fluorure de calcium (CaF2), de fluorure de magnésium (MgF2), de fluorure de strontium (SrF2) et/ou de fluorure de baryum (BaF2).
