It relates to a process for preparing said composition having a specific ratio of mannitol and dibasic calcium phosphate as diluent/filler providing excellent storage stability of the produced tablets. La présente invention concerne une composition de comprimé pharmaceutique à libération retardée sans délitant comprenant du succinate de doxylamine et du chlorhydrate de pyridoxine en tant que principes actifs. L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de ladite composition ayant un rapport spécifique de mannitol et de phosphate de calcium dibasique en tant que diluant/charge assurant une excellente stabilité au stockage des comprimés produits.
