An NFT-based anonymous chat dating service method using genomic (genetic and omics) data, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: receiving, as inputs, genomic data, psychological type test information, and one or more chatting profile pictures of members from a plurality of member terminals; generating a DNA key including encrypted strings with genotype information in the genomic data; storing the DNA key in metadata of the chatting profile pictures; issuing an NFT for identifying an ownership of each chatting profile picture in which the DNA key is stored, and minting the NFT to each chatting profile picture; when a first member wishes to receive an anonymous chat dating service with a second member, requesting the first member to purchase a chatting profile picture in which an NFT of the second member is minted; when the purchase of the chatting profile picture in which the NFT of the second member is minted is identified, activating an anonymous chat dating room with the second member at the request of the first member; and paying certain coins to an electronic wallet of the second member.
