Zusammenfassung:An autoradiography system (100), a detector (10) thereof, and an imaging method thereof. The detector (10) comprises a crystal (11), a light guide (12), and a photoelectric converter (13) that are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the crystal (11) is an aluminum gadolinium gallate crystal; and the photoelectric converter (13) uses an SiPM array. By coupling the aluminum gadolinium gallate crystal with the SiPM array, combining a mature electronic system (20) in PET, and using CFD and a digital discrimination method to discriminate the order of magnitude difference of the pulse decay time of α particles and β particles, the present invention can enable the position resolution of the autoradiography system (100) to approach or reach the physical limit of a scintillation crystal coupled with a photoelectric converter type detector (10).
