Zusammenfassung:	A snap-fit assembly and an air conditioner, relating to the technical field of air conditioner structure assembly. The snap-fit assembly (100) is used for connecting a first assembly member (200) and a second assembly member (300), and comprises: a first snap-fit member (110), which is used for being fixed to the first assembly member (200); a second snap-fit member (120), which is used for being fixed to the second assembly member (300); and a clip (130), which is connected to each of the first snap-fit member (110) and the second snap-fit member (120) in a snap-fit manner.
