The modified T cells can comprise a functional disruption of an endogenous gene encoding a TCR chain and/or encoding a major histocompatibility complexes (MHC) molecule or a subunit thereof. L'invention concerne des acides nucléiques recombinants codant pour une protéine de fusion (TFP) de récepteur des lymphocytes T (TCR), des lymphocytes T modifiés exprimant les molécules codées, et des méthodes d'utilisation de ceux-ci pour le traitement de maladies, y compris le cancer.
