L'invention concerne un procédé de production de tissu de flanelle qui permet d'utiliser des déchets de tissu appartenant à un utilisateur final, incitant l'utilisateur final par l'intermédiaire de récompenses, et éliminant la nécessité de trier les déchets et ainsi d'empêcher les pertes de productivité et de temps, et permettant de convertir les déchets de tissu appartenant à l'utilisateur final en le tissu de flanelle, un produit à valeur ajoutée élevée, et ainsi d'empêcher les pertes et les déchets.
