Disclosed are an ultrasonic sound generator, a display, and an electronic device. The ultrasonic sound generator comprises a vibrating body and a sound generating driver. The sound generating driver comprises an electrically conductive circuit and a magnetic circuit unit. The magnetic circuit unit comprises multiple magnetic steels distributed at intervals of a set distance and arranged in multiple lines, magnetic poles of two adjacent magnetic steels being opposite. The electrically conductive circuit is attached to the vibrating body. There is a vibration space between the vibrating body and the magnetic circuit unit. The electrically conductive circuit is routed from a gap formed between magnetic steels, and the routing mode thereof in the gap causes the conductive circuit to drive the sound generating driver to generate vibration perpendicular to a plane of the vibrating body after loading an audio modulated ultrasonic signal, thereby driving the vibrating body to vibrate and produce sound.
