Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an engine air cooling system and a vehicle having same. The engine air cooling system comprises: an engine compartment, which has an engine compartment air inlet; an engine, which is provided within the engine compartment, the engine comprising an engine body, and an exhaust pipe and a supercharger being provided on the engine body; and a flow guide structure, which is provided in the interior of the engine compartment, the flow guide structure having a flow guide channel, and the flow guide channel communicating with the engine compartment air inlet, so as to guide airflow from the engine compartment air inlet to the exhaust pipe and the supercharger, so as to reduce the temperature of the exhaust pipe and the supercharger. In the technical solution of the present invention, by providing the flow guide structure, the airflow passes through the exhaust pipe and the supercharger to cool the surfaces of the exhaust pipe and the supercharger, achieving the reduction in temperature
