METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CLEANING FILTER SCREEN OF AIR CONDITIONER, AND AIR CONDITIONER

A method and apparatus for cleaning a filter screen (1) of an air conditioner, and an air conditioner, relating to the technical field of smart home appliances. The method comprises: obtaining a standby duration and an operation duration of the air conditioner; when the standby duration is greater than a first threshold, or the operation duration is greater than a second threshold, obtaining a reference time for the most recent cleaning of the filter screen (1); and performing a corresponding cleaning operation on the filter screen (1) according to the reference time. The air conditioner can clean the filter screen (1) in time in both a standby state and an operating state, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the filter screen (1). The corresponding cleaning operation on the filter screen (1) is performed according to the reference time of the most recent cleaning of the filter screen (1), such that the problem of excessive energy consumption of frequent cleaning of the filter screen (1) caused by excess
